"We're both okay," Hough wrote on Instagram. "We were in a pretty scary car accident last night. Thank you all for your prayers and love." Erbert also shared an update on her condition, revealing that she had been hospitalized and underwent an emergency craniectomy, a surgical procedure to remove a portion of her skull.
